Joseph displayed professionalism at ALL times and was very prompt at returning my calls and emailing updated changes. The picnic crew arrived as scheduled and was ready to serve at our requested time. The food remained warm and when it was time for them to leave, they packed up and made sure we had forks, buns, napkins, etc. for family members that arrived after the designated serving time.

I contacted Jackson 5 Star catering for my daughter’s graduation party. First, I was greeted with such a warm welcome from Joseph. He was an absolute delight to speak with. I had never used them before and was a bite hesitant. As I went through their menu and made my suggestions I was assured I’d like my suggestions. Once, they delivered the food and our guest arrived. I heard nothing but a lots of “oh my god, this is sooo good”. I had 8 different appetizers for my guests and had hardly any left. This is the second year in a row that I have used Jackson's to cater lunch for my staff during Teacher Appreciation week and for the second year, my staff was overly satisfied with the amazing food. As the coordinator of the event, I was overjoyed with the timeliness of the delivery and the presentation of the food. I have highly recommended Jackson's for years and I will continue to do so!

Outstanding service! This was my second time using JFSC so I was expecting and received good service. The food arrived early and the setup person was very cordial. The food, as expected, arrived hot and was delicious, with many compliments from everyone. I told people how much I paid and they said the it was a lot of food for the money. I will definitely consider them again and wholeheartedly recommend them.
